After submitting your request, download and print the pre-paid UPS return shipping label provided via email.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack the unworn footwear or apparel in its original box and place it inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 7-10 business days of arrival.
